Culinary EventsL’Atelier du Goût Hong Kong is pleased to offer a series of culinary events that will delight both the novice and the culinary connoisseur. All the events will take place in our spacious and well equipped kitchen theatre, allowing each participant to enjoy the wonderful culinary experience with our renowned guest chefs. .

  • Raisin Administrative Committee presents California Raisins Pastry Class by Louisa Ho

    Date: June 26th, 2010 (10:00-17:00)

Cookery ClassesAll our cookery classes are supervised by experienced chefs and knowledgeable culinary specialists. We enjoy sharing gourmet experiences with food lovers through the informative and interactive classes. We can also tailor-make cookery classes for clients based on individual requirement.

    Details:Work in groups--Practical class of Summer desserts using seasonal garden herbs, fresh fruits and some exciting flavors including (1) Roasted Apricot and Thyme Mille-Feuille with Carambar Ice Cream; (2) Warm Balsamic Raspberry Chocolate Sabayon Tart and (3) Brittany Shortbread, Mascarpone and Sweet Pesto Black Cherries (please bring your own apron and two container for take away).
